Wood Buffalo RCMP charge man in break and enter of a residence

Fort McMurray, Alta. – On July 13, 2019, at approximately 5:25 a.m., Wood Buffalo RCMP responded to a break and enter in-progress in the Timberlea area of Fort McMurray in which a man entered a residence brandishing an axe. Police entered the home and arrested 37 year-old Reginald Ollerhead without incident. No one was injured and police do not believe this was a targeted incident.

Ollerhead has been charged with the following:
– Break and enter in a dwelling house
– Failure to comply with condition (x 3)
– Mischief equal to or under $5,000 (x 2)
– Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose

Ollerhead remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in Fort McMurray Provincial Court on August 12, 2019.
