Wood Buffalo RCMP execute search warrant and seize money and drugs

Fort McMurray, Alberta: On November 9, 2017 the Wood Buffalo RCMP Drug Section executed a search warrant at an apartment building in Fort McMurray. Several ounces of crack cocaine, over 800 grams of a suspected buffing agent, and Canadian currency were seized during the execution of this search warrant. The amount of cocaine seized is approximately 1050 doses.

Ramzi Ibrahim, a 29-year-old male from Edmonton, Alberta, was charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking a Controlled Substance, and Possession of Property Obtained by Crime. Ramzi Ibrahim has been released from custody and will appear in Fort McMurray Federal Court on January 9, 2018.
