Fort McMurray, Alberta – Wood Buffalo RCMP located Gabrielle Cardinal on September 14, 2018. She is safe and well. The RCMP would like to thank the public for their assistance. It is greatly appreciated.

Wood Buffalo RCMP seek public assistance to locate missing female youth

Fort McMurray, Alberta – Wood Buffalo RCMP are asking for the public’s assistance to locate a missing youth, 13-year-old Gabrielle Cardinal, of Fort McMurray, Alberta. She was reported missing to police on September 9th, 2018. However, Gabrielle has been missing since September 3rd, 2018. Gabrielle was last seen at a residence in the Timberlea area of Fort McMurray. She has been known to frequent the Stone Creek, Timberlea and down town areas of Fort McMurray.

Gabrielle Cardinal is described as:
• An Indigenous Female
• 5’6” tall, thin build
• Approximately 110 lbs
• Red hair, short, partially shaved on one side
• Hazel eyes

It is unknown what Gabrielle was last wearing.

Police are concerned for Gabrielle’s safety. If you have any information regarding Gabrielle Cardinal’s whereabouts, you are asked to contact the Wood Buffalo RCMP at 780-788-4040, or your local police.
