Fort McMurray, Alta – Wood Buffalo RCMP wish to remind residents in case of an emergency to call 911. Any time you have, or witness, an emergency requiring police, fire or an ambulance, or when someone’s health or safety is at risk, always call 911.

Residents should call 911 for police when you see any type of crime in progress; crimes include, but are not limited to, impaired driving, assault, domestic violence, vandalism, breaking and entering, or any other crime. Also call 911 if you are concerned for yours or someone’s safety or well-being.

For police concerns of a non-urgent nature such as a minor accident, delayed reporting of incidents including stolen or damaged property, call the Wood Buffalo RCMP non-emergency complaints line at 780-788-4000.
