Wood Buffalo RCMP recover stolen vehicles

Fort McMurray, Alta. – Between October 17 – 18, 2019, Wood Buffalo RCMP, Police Dog Services (PDS), RCMP Air Services, and Lac La Biche RCMP, attended the communities of Conklin and Janvier in attempts to locate and identify abandoned and stolen vehicles. As a result, police were successful in recovering two stolen vehicles, three stolen off-road vehicles (side-by-sides), and arrested four suspects in conjunction with the stolen vehicles.

As vehicle theft continues to be of concern within our region, Wood Buffalo RCMP continue to investigate these crimes.
