Fort McMurray, Alta – Wood Buffalo RCMP are looking for any information in regards to the theft of a 2005 Aspen Scissor Neck trailer that took place sometime between February 14 and 24, 2020, at the wide load staging area just south of Fort McMurray on Highway 63.

The trailer was left in the noted location on February 14 when the lighting system malfunctioned with the driver leaving it directly on the ground to make it difficult to be moved. As the relocation of this trailer would require much effort and large machinery, such as a wrecker or winch truck for towing, it is hopeful that members of the public may have witnessed this incident.

Wood Buffalo RCMP are asking for anyone who may have information to contact Wood Buffalo RCMP at 780-788-4040 or your local police. If you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact Crime Stoppers by phone at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS), or by internet at www.tipsubmit.com.
